My first successful crypto swap (XMR to BTC). My source of funds was an XMR GUI Client wallet (in other words not on an exchange). Had started the process at several other sites but ran into problems (their email validation did not work; could only fund from an exchange not a true XMR wallet). So I had almost given up when I found ChangeNow.io. It worked as hoped, detecting my transmission on XMR chain and then forwarding to my BTC wallet immediately. Amount was low thousand dollars. It took me three days to figure out how to transfer USDC to purchase BNB using ChangeNOW, which I attribute to my total lack of knowledge on how these tools work, but I still took away 1 star because I believe it could/should have been more user friendly for a novice. I started a chat with customer service and wound up asking for step by step instructions I could print out, and that's all it took... In less than 12 minutes I'd accomplished my first trade/transfer, and tonight I made a second in less than 3 minutes.

Ive been a long time user of changenow and tonight experience is so going to make me stay longer and use the platform more. Quick to respond customer service with fast solution with zero delay. Big kudos to Kai (The representative that attended to me), Kai did well and i love her assistance throughout the process.

Such an amazing service, I've been using changenow since they started. out of the 30+ times I've used them i had one instance where a transaction took longer than usual, i sent support a message and immediately got a response and a quick resolve
